DSCO

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

By using DSCO you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

The service

DSCO is a location-based social app. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The app is currently in pre-launch / beta; expect rough edges.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.

Your content

You own the photos, messages, pins, and other content you create. You grant DSCO a license to host, display, and transmit that content so the product can work (for example, showing your pin to friends you invited). Don’t post anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

Don’t harass people, spam, scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to stalk or threaten anyone. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these rules or our in-app community guidelines. Blocking and reporting tools exist — use them.

Location

DSCO needs location to work. You control discoverability (everyone, friends only, or hidden). You’re responsible for how you share your location. See the privacy policy for details.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DSCO isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
